1. Register, Post Gig & Verify

Click on register and fill in the details of your business. Watch out for your verification email, and be sure to verify your account.

Navigate to post a new gig and select the function that your gig sits in (such as sales or HR) from the drop down options and start posting.
Fill in the information for your gig, be sure to be clear on what the gig involves, to ensure you receive detailed proposals.

Before you post your gig you have the options to post anonymously, or as a private gig (this means no notifications will go out to anyone on our platform).  Decide whether to use this option, before posting.

Hit "post gig", you can then browse all gig workers and invite them to submit a proposal if they look like a good fit for your gig, or you can sit back and wait for gig workers to find your gig and submit a proposal to you.

Be sure to fill in your profile, so Gig workers know who you are and what you do.

2. Filter Gig Workers

When proposals are submitted to your gig, you will be notified by email.  To proceed either follow the link in the message or alternatively go to "my gigs" in the platform, and click on "view proposals" in your corresponding gig.

Here you will be able to short list proposals by hitting the like button. Or favorite a proposal by hitting the heart button.

You can utilise the messaging service, to get more details from the gig worker or ask any questions of them before deciding which gig worker to proceed with.

Hit "post gig", you can then browse all gig workers and invite them to submit a proposal if they look like a good fit for your gig, or you can sit back and wait for gig workers to find your gig and submit a proposal to you.

3. Contract

Once you have chosen your gig worker, you are ready to put together the contract. Hit the "edit" button on the proposal, and add an assignment. This is where you firm up the contract details, rates, and deadlines. Once completed click the "send to gig worker" button. The gig worker will then review it and can approve that assingment.

You are now ready to start the contract. Click the "Accept Contract" button, and you can enter your credit card details. Once entered, you then click again and confirm the payment (including a % Stripe fee). Then go to your assingment and click on the "pay" button. This means you are sending the funds to be held in escrow by Stripe until the work is completed.

Hit "post gig", you can then browse all gig workers andnvite them to submit a proposal if they look like a good fit for dfgdfgdfgdfgdfgdfg sdfsdfsd fsd fsd fsd fsdfsdf sdfsdfs sdfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdfsdfs

5. Pay

Once the work is completed, the gig worker will mark their assignment, as "complete" on the platform.

You will then be notified. When you are happy with the work, you then click on "approve". This will then notify the worker that the funds have been released. You will receive an invoice for your records.

You can then either start a new assignment if you found you have more work to do or end the contract.

Be sure to review and rate your Gig worker, and they will do the same for you. The higher your rating the more visibility you will receive on the platform.
